How this calculator works
Estimated margin = lots × contract size × market price × quote-to-account conversion ÷ leverage. This linear model does not include tiered leverage, fixed margin, hedged positions or temporary increased-margin requirements.
For cross-currency calculations, enter how much one unit of the instrument’s quote currency is worth in your account currency. There is no automatic exchange-rate feed. Contract sizes, volume limits and pip conventions must be checked in your broker’s symbol specifications.
